   Are you looking for a place to experience yoga? Are you looking for a community of people that assist you in your path to healing? We have a lovely old farmhouse remodeled into a beautiful space for our yoga.  We offer gentle, introductory,chair and intermediate yoga classes, as well as meditation, toning with yoga, PiYo and Pilates. Reiki Healing, Yoga Therapy and Past Life Regression Therapy are available by appointment.
