Fall schedule

Starting in September we have changed and added to our schedule.  We  are offering a Healthy You Class,  Weight loss and healthy eating are the topics and this will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30.  Class is free to members and $5 to non-members.
Also new for September is the beginning of the Saturday Yoga Workshops.  Suitable for all levels and a great way to learn what yoga is about! 
Once a month we will offer a Pilates workshop on Saturdays at 9am.  Have you wanted to learn about Pilates?  This is a great way to see if Pilates is for you.
