Fun With Fitness

With the help of our members, we have designed a new class called Fun With Fitness.  This class is on Mondays at 10am and is a wonderful mix of yoga, strength training, stretching, and aerobic activity.  It can be adapted to any fitness level and is suitable for all ages.  Come in and try it out.  This class is included in your monthly membership or $10 per class.
