Breath, Meditation and Reflection

Classes begin November 30th at 4pm.
Learn about how breathing and meditation can bring you in touch with your health, spiritually and physically. We will end class with discussion about philosophies from around the world. 
Our first class will touch on the how to's of basic breathing and meditation techniques. No experience is necessary. Classes will continue on a weekly basis and last about an hour.
Cost is $10 per class or free to Yoga House members.
