December 4th, Friday at 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Come in and experience Yoga Nidra.   This is a soothing guided meditation to bring you into a deep state of relaxation that allows your body/mind to rest completely.  In this rest, you are able to let go physically and consciously to invite healing.   This peaceful practice reduces stress, anxiety, promotes better sleep and has the potential to heal trauma and soothe chronic pain.
